This might be the worst haircut I have ever received. I showed reference photos and my hair looks NOTHING like them. It is the ugliest haircut I have ever received. I will be wearing hats for the next couple of months.

My son just got the absolute worst haircut we’ve ever experienced. He looks like Loyd Christmas from dumb and dumber. I’m blown away. We were kind enough to actually pay for the cut because we understand the girl cutting was newer and everyone has to start somewhere. But might I suggest that if they aren’t comfortable with a request during the cutting process they decline or ask someone else to help? I have pictures and a receipt if that’s helpful.

Excellent haircut, clean environment. Friendly and comfortable customer service. Haylee did a great job, for sure returning.
