Normally I would have nothing but positive comments about the service here but it has definitely taken a turn for the worse. Today I checked in on the app and there was a zero minutes wait. I received a text saying I was next and to head in. There was one other customer in the lobby and one additional name on the board. I sat there for over 45 min before i was called, not because they were busy but because the manager and her mother had 3 of the stylists in the back room working on a "project". Then when they did get busy, the remaining stylists did what they could but I got skipped over once because a pair of customers came in well after me but there were only 2 stylist available and they decided to take the customers who came in together so they wouldn't have to wait on each other to get done. The good news is that I saved about $17 because I usually get the MVP and then tip the $7 but since I wasted so much time "on deck" I didn't have time and I definitely wasn't leaving a tip. I understand that they are dealing with staffing issues like everyone else and I don't expect to walk into a business and be everyone's top priority but I do expect to at least take priority over whatever personal "project" the manager decided to bring to work today.

I have never received worse service and level of professionalism in my life. I brought my nephew in to get his haircut and we arrived slightly before the doors opened and upon entering some members of the staff were glaring at us as we were waiting outside. When they did open the doors (@12:02) rather than greeting us the individual opened up the door to unlock it and and shut it. Upon entering we were directed to "sign in" after sigining in we were rudely told "it is gonna take a minute to sign you in" completely blown away by the lack of service.
